Baked Brie to be Thankful For  

  • Your favorite Dr. Kracker snackers or crispbreads- we used Klassic 3 Seed and Seedlander snackers
  • 9 oz. Brie
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 3 Tbls. light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbls. pure maple syrup
  • chopped dried aprots
  • dried cranberries


Preheat oven to 350F.  Places cheese on baking sheet and bake until soft, about 15 to 20 minutes.  Transfer to a serving plate to cool.

While cheese cools, place nuts on clean baking sheet and toast for about 7-10 minutes.

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and maple syrup and bring to a boil.  Simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes or until foamy.  Drizzle warm sauce over cheese.  Sprinkle toasted nuts and dried fruit on top before serving with an array of Dr. Kracker snackers or crispbreads.  Happy Thanksgiving!
