Sweet Potato Fritters   3 Klassic 3 Seed crispbreads 1 large (about 1 pound) sweet potato 2 Tbs. olive oil 1 large poblano pepper, chopped finely 1/2 small sweet onion, chopped finely 1 tsp. smoked paprika 2 tsp. cumin powder 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder 3/4 tsp. baking powder Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 1 egg, lightly beaten Juice of 1/2 a lime Preheat oven to 425 F.   Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Crispy Chicken Tenders 3 chicken breasts, trimmed 4 whole Klassic 3 seed crispbreads 4 eggs 2 Tbls. water 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 2 tsp. smoked paprika salt to taste fresh ground black pepper to taste 1 tsp. red pepper flakes 1 Tbls. minced garlic 2 tsps. onion powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  With a heavy rolling pin, crush crispbreads to a semi-fine crumb.  Slice each breast into 4-5 tenders depending on size.
